There are plenty of folks that belong to various groups, whether religious, or political or whatever that hold particular beliefs & customs (that many folks and hiring/renting laws would consider discriminatory) that nonetheless do not express or practice those beliefs & customs at their place of work. That's not meant as a criticism, it's a lived reality for any company in the hundreds
