tantek barnabywalters the *one* use case I've come up with so far for having <q cite> and <blockquote cite> WITHOUT a visible link right there adjacent in the source is when you want to make the quote automatically discoverable/followable, but not *distracting* to the reader (too many links = distractions = bad UI for reading)
