Apparently php-mf2 has always supported alternative HTML parsers as you could just pass it a DOMDocument instead of a string?
#
Zegnat
Either way, PR prepared with support for Masterminds’ HTML5 parser. Not sure how we would be able to do tests for both with and without.

the experimental mf2py does add the html parser used into the debug info under "debug> html parser"

I didn’t see the debug code in the actual parser. Is that something the web interface adds?
#
Zegnat
Else I would have been happy to add it.
#
aaronpk
oh yeah pin13 adds it
#
KartikPrabhu
oh ha! I thought php-mf2 added that, so I thought it would a good idea for mf2py too
