gRegorLove [jgmac1106], uid specifies the unique identifier, usually a canonical URL using the property u-uid. If you have u-url and u-uid on the same element, consumers can identify "this is the canonical h-*". For h-cards, if that URL is the current page, consumers can identify it as the representative h-card.
