[tantek] Thanks sknebel. Feel free to suggest other issues that look like they more ready to resolve or at least enough have consensus that I can note an inline “PROPOSED” informal note in the spec like there was for # 10 (before I just resolved it).

jgmac1106 hope I didn’t confuse with the id tag, I really like the idea as I use them for anchorlinks in infitie scoll pages all the time, which if memory serves me correctly often break parsers
