↩️ Glad you like it! Have you had a look at my Micrometa project? It combines RDFa, Microdata, Microformats2 and JSON-LD under one roof (using a 3rd-party JSON-LD parser though): https://github.com/jkphl/micrometa

@MeetThePress @NBCNews @chucktodd There's a small quirk in the metadata for the webpage for yesterday's episode. The page could also do better microformats mark up. ;) Keep up the good fight! https://boffosocko.com/2019/01/13/meet-the-press-january-13-2019-s71-e7115-nbc/

Reading that post on Dynamic Social Sharing images. Many aggregators use feature images. Should microformats include a specific u-feature-image tag for highlighting feature images for posts/ events/ etc.? Differs from u-photo in that u-photo is the primary content, but a feature image is a banner for the content.

" u-featured - a representative photo or image for the entry, e.g. primary photo for an article or subject-cropped photo, suitable for use in a link-preview. "

[Tantek Çelik] h-entry is a simple, open format for episodic or datestamped content on the web. h-entry is often used with content intended to be syndicated, e.g. blog posts. h-entry is one of several open microformat standards suitable for embedding data in HTML. ...

sknebel, since you noted "could probably be upgraded to draft", could you review this clarification http://microformats.org/wiki/index.php?title=h-entry&diff=66974&oldid=66973 and see if it is consistent with existing expectations? In my opinion it is what's always been expected (since explicit h-entry change control), but as the primary author, it's worth getting someone else's review/perspective to make sure there are no surprises.

and if so, please file an issue to upgrade u-featured accordingly unless there already is an issue, in either case, cite the issue on the u-featured definition in http://microformats.org/wiki/h-entry#Proposed_Additions - thanks!
