Zegnat GPL technically means my app must also be GPL licensed if I want to use your icon. I think. Which is fine if that is the goal you want. If you are more "whatever, do what you want" a more permissive like MIT would be better. If you are "I do not care what you do with 1kb of svg", then a public domain declaration is saying you do not want to hold any claim at all
