elf-pavlik myself I would +1 JSON-LD, RDFa and Turtle, if someone needs HTML based serialization RDFa gives most straight forward option here

melvster elf-pavlik: id suggest just putting it on w3id.org/mf then using owl : sameAs relations to link to the other terms ... it can always be shifted to a more stable URI one day ... but I still dont fully see the motivation other than (with no disrespect) a relatively small group of users, and syntactic sugar ...
