ben_thatmustbeme on the lack of any "create" syntax? we haven't needed it thus far. if you demonstrate a real need for it the best course of action is to a) start using it as an extension, and find out if its really needed, then if it is very useful and not just something that can be inferred from context, b) propose it as an addition to mf2
