tantekwait a minute (re: host-meta) - I am recalling that at the March f2f we specifically had a discussion about discovery mechanisms, and RESOLVED to use follow-your-nose style discovery mechanisms, not others, and I believe host-meta was even brought up at the time and rejected by the WG
