cwebber2 eprodrom: we're in the heat of summer, this is often when people go on vacation and it's tough to get everyone on the same irc schedule. that said we're running pretty lean these days, usually between 5-10 people on the telecon, so again I'd love to get proposals out by september or october time frame rather than slipping into the fall and be under a lot of pressure then
