#GWGHmm... didn't know that. And Simple Location can display it
#[chrisaldrich]When did that manage to sneak in? Or has it been there a while and I just haven't been getting mentions from people who uncover the data?
#[chrisaldrich]At least that's what I'm guessing is happening....
#GWGI taught Semantic Linkbacks to store location data around the Indieweb Summit and taught Simple Location to display it in a comment around the same time.
#[chrisaldrich]I suspect brid.gy would have to send the data and then webmentions/semantic linkbacks would have to parse and display it.
#GWGI am not sure when Bridgy started sending it, but I know, as I said, when I taught the plugins how to receive it
#[chrisaldrich]I do note that in that particular case and another comment just above it link to google maps, but don't actually resolve to a particular map location
#GWGThis is the first case of me seeing it in the wild.
#[chrisaldrich]I have to say it's pretty cool to have location data on comments that way....
#GWGAnd people didn't get why I added support for comments and users
#GWGYou add in fixing timezones from Micropub, and I am happy
#[chrisaldrich]I've got some meetings this afternoon and then math class tonight, so I can't wait to get back to dig into the database to see what it got and figure out some display details, including adding some custom CSS to fit it in to the theme better.
#[chrisaldrich]GWG, you are using ownyourswarm on your site now right?
#GWGchrisaldrich, working on a major refactoring of Post Kinds which should include check-in display fixes for that reason
#GWGchrisaldrich, there are functions you can call directly
