GWG I only just noticed it the other day. It's had to have been since early Jan when I started using eat/drink myself.
#
chrisaldrich
and you're far too under karma-ed in any case....

hmm did I imagine reading that bridgy publish now supported GitHub
#
tantek
you did not imagine it. it's real. both for new issues on a repo, and comments on issues or pull requests.

feels like magic

I think GWG added them to the plugin too. Or maybe that's what you were asking?

miklb I may have updated to the master branch of bridgy publish to get the option. You may need the latest post kinds plugin with the issue kind enabled to see the checkbox in bridgy pub too. Don't forget to register on brid.gy as well

ah, that’s the part I missed, having issues checked in post kinds. Which is odd, because someone may want to just like/star a GitHub repo and never comment/create an issue. I’ll file a separate issue for that.
#
[miklb]
thanks [chrisaldrich]
#
GWG
You are going to file an issue on issues?
#
tantek
yo dawg
#
GWG
[miklb] Did you enable it in settings?
#
[miklb]
I didn’t realize I needed to enable issues to get GitHub bridgy to show up. I’ll do that now

hmm. something isn’t right. I have issues as a kind, but still not seeing GitHub in the bridgy settings.

[miklb]
weird. I had to re-pull master for bridgy publish. That’s why it wasn’t showing up.
