[asuh]What does the Title column within Dashboard > Posts section look like when you post a bunch of new notes? Will it be a bunch of new titles that say `(no title)`? I never thought about this until I started trying it out and the OCD in me is kind of bothered by this 😕

[asuh]chrisaldrich: That’s neat. I know there’s ways to do this through functions.php as well, to add columns to the Posts list view. However, considering that a note is intended to be short, it might make more sense to populate the title field with a short excerpt of either the post content for the note or the excerpt if it was used and when a title does not exist.
[asuh]But, for those posts which are designated as notes when published, maybe it could display the first 260 characters of the notes in the title field, if that’s possible
[asuh]This lack of title is mostly just a visual quirk in WordPress’ Dashboard view within Posts/Pages/etc. Chris’ plugin suggest helps solve that issue to a degree. But I’m suggesting that maybe the Title field could show the actual note content (up to ~280 characters, similar to a Tweet as of 2017) in the Title field from the Dashboard view
[asuh]miklb’s screenshot above isn’t necessarily a problem but having actual Note text in that field would help someone like me scan over the posts when I need to revisit/edit/update one
