GWG Depends on how you configured. I use one pool for multiple sites

Zegnat As long as the versions of WordPress do not also have different PHP requirements, one php-fpm instance works. As backwards compatibility in WP is something they push on, you can probably run the very latest WP on the max PHP version for the oldest WP.

The reason for HTTPS on a static site is that it makes sure a third party cannot inject itself between the original static site and the reader. It guarantees what you are seeing is what the publisher wanted you to see.
