jgmac1106 TLDR, use SemPress/ZenPress or 2016-Fork, no your current theme will not work, install indieweb plugin, then edit your profile, add hcard widget, install webmentions, semantic linkback, and brid.gy if you want to POSSE that way, JetPack and SNAP also POSSE but only Brid.gy keepsa a twitter thread together.
