[tantek]if the mf2 plugin is putting h-entry on the body along with hentry - that's ok and the actual problem is the errant hfeed (added by the theme?) and the *extra* h-entry (added by Post Kinds? can Post Kinds detect that <body> already has h-entry and not be redundant?)
