reed thanks beko, I upgraded my Wordpress over the weekend with indieweb plugins, all the backend part works fine, POSSE from mobile and all... I'm now focusing on the UI/UX front because I really don't like how my WP looks now

[jgmac1106] if you want a page builder, yes I highly recommend it as my favorite, we are using on goifoundation.org and I use it in all my classes because people care more about design than they do IndieWeb plumbing

[grantcodes] Hehe that might be me... I'd recommend using gutenberg now instead of a page builder if you can. But that's pretty dependent on the theme

[chrisaldrich] I think some of it depends on what you're using your pagebuilder for. If you're just using it to create multiple colums of text on a few pages, then it can be a huge additional weight on your website compared to doing that directly.

[chrisaldrich] Pagebuilders can be a bit like using Jetpack when instead you could use a smaller single plugin for that one thing you want to do.

[chrisaldrich] Or in food analogy, it's like eating out and paying for fine dining every night when with a few of the right ingredients and a bit of knowledge you could cook at home (and maybe even have a better meal).

[chrisaldrich] The best part of the thing is that it's your website, so you get to make the choice about how you want to do it.
