Re: time-specific post kinds features: I think those should go in a separate plugin, and I think Time Lord would be a good name for it.

[arush] @gwg yeah, and I have a couple plugins handling some of them but would switch to indieweb-compatible ones if the opportunity arose. I'd shove the override timezone thing into a time-related plugin as well. Best to stick all the time-related stuff together I think because WordPress does time and date stuff so weirdly, unless there's something that's changed that improves things.
