hmans Webmention question: Alice posts something mentioning Bob's post, sends a Webmention, Bob registers the mention. Later, Alice decides to give her post a new URL

hmans I realize Bob could theoretically do a HEAD to the old URL to see the 301 and then register the new URL, but something would need to trigger exactly that.

hmans I don't think it makes sense for a site to occasionally HEAD all its registered webmentions to see if their URLs have updated.
