#[shaners]GWG: I’m just cleaning up all past references to iamshane.com and Homesteading since I’ve now settled on veganstraightedge.com and Dark Matter.
#[shaners]Sometimes, I wish I could make the wiki edits without notifications coming into the channel. But, whatevs.
#gRegorLove[shaners]: I used to use rel=external on links, sure there's still some around in my archives. I used javascript so they'd open in an external window
#gRegorLoveJust so it could be XHTML-compliant, blah blah
#[shaners]I wish browsers would’ve picked up on that and done it be default
#LoqiLOCKSS is an acronym for Lots Of Copies Keeps Stuff Safe, a mnemonic for the technique of keeping and encouraging many copies of things as a way of improving their longevity https://indiewebcamp.com/LOCKSS
#GWGgRegorLove, on the plugin page on wordpress.org.
#[aaronpk]Already hit my first snag while importing, lol. Need to deal with generating and displaying map images for events. I had only done it for bike rides and those kinds.
#aaronpkbut now i can attach multiple files in a micropub request and include a simple <img> tag with the uploaded filename! no extra processing required on the micropub endpoint end!

#gRegorLoveIs rel=permalink useful for anything currently? The w3 validator says it's not a registered rel keyword for HTML5.
#gRegorLoveIt's been in my HTML so long and I honestly don't remember why I put it there, heh.
#aaronpkno idea, is that different from rel=canonical?
#gRegorLoveNot quite rel-canonical. Can have multiple rel-bookmarks on a page; serves to indicate the permalink of the closest <article> or section the link is most closely associated with.
#gRegorLoveI think I'll just drop rel-permalink. Don't see much use for either currently.

#aaronpknice. now when my micropub endpoint gets an <img> with a data: URI in it, it extracts the file and saves it to disk
#gRegorLoveI know they transitioned to 'community ownership' a while ago, but I'd hoped they were going to still maintain persona.org indefinitely. Wasted time setting up a Persona login for local comments on my site.
#sknebelI haven't had the time to follow up on it, but from the discussions around this some people started discussing a new project in this direction in #letsauth
