LoqiIt looks like we don't have a page for "New York University" yet. Would you like to create it? (Or just say "New York University is ____", a sentence describing the term)
Zegnatdgold, when you authenticate the IndieAuth client sends their identifier (a URL). That gets stored. So when you then submit a post, Sink knows what client was used to get the access token.
chrisaldrichHeads up: Lanyard.com has been shutting down in fits. It's been offline, but is back up in read-only mode for those who want to scrape pages or back them up to Archive.org. Not sure how long it'll be back up online.

LoqiMonoculture refers to the antipattern of one piece of software dominating (or trying to dominate) its field, often by being limited to communicating with other instances of the same codebase https://indieweb.org/monoculture
