[cleverdevil] Okay random question. I have been experimenting with not using Facebook the app much on my iPhone. It’s been great. But now they’re hounding me with annoying “engagement” notifications.

[cleverdevil] I was thinking I would just delete the app and use the web version in Safari, but then I’m exposed to their garbage tracking crap.

[miklb] I have FB in a Fluid app on my Mac so it firewalls cookies and tracking from Safari browsing. No FB on my phone

[miklb] I *believe* you have to pay the $5 license for Fluid to get that separate cookies feature. But the $5 also gives you pinned menu bar apps, so it’s well worth it.
