# jacky !tell asuh your Webmention submission form doesn't seem to work - it's saying "target is not on this domain". I peeked into the source on the page (namely https://asuh.com/friends-list/) and it looks like it's using a relative URI. I made it absolute and it worked!

# petermolnar I was trying to find an example site that's using something else (as well) for vocabulary besides schema.org
# petermolnar so far, I'm failing
# petermolnar oh, for author markup
# petermolnar not generally
# petermolnar btw nice redesign rhiaro
# Zegnat Interesting idea: replacing links on old blogpost with wayback machine links by default (assuming linkrot after a certain amount of time) https://www.jwz.org/blog/2019/02/waybackify/
# petermolnar that's... actually pretty smart
# petermolnar that design though, it brings me back to phpnuke

# Mikaela Hi, I am not sure where I should ask this, but can I somehow use rel=me with Pleroma? I didn't find a way to even get normal link linkified and I see that one of the Pleroma authors supports rel=me <https://glitch.social/@gcupc/100613354693156448>. I keep comparing it to Mastodon where I got that green checkmark simply by filling a box. I should probably say that I am not running my own instance and I joined Pleroma just yesterday, so I guess

# [kevinmarks] what is your pleroma URL?
# [kevinmarks] in my experience pleroma doesn't have much on their HTML pages
# Mikaela https://social.libre.fi/mikaela and somehow today plain URL got linkified
# [kevinmarks] but if we can get kaniini to add it that's great
# [kevinmarks] the url is linked, but only by js - the HTML is just a shell
# [kevinmarks] so for rel=me parsing to work it would need links in the HTML
# [kevinmarks] if you want to file a pleroma issue I'm happy to help support it
# [kevinmarks] previously: https://pleroma.site/notice/4006278
# [kevinmarks] wait, how did Loqi get that?

# Mikaela Thanke [kevinmarks] and jacky, I found https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma/issues/423 from one month ago, time for me to register on yet another GitLab isntance :D
# aaronpk ideally you could leave a comment on an issue the same way you can comment on someone's site from your own. the more realistic short-term solution is that you can use your website to sign in to any gitlab without having to sign up first. the same way you sign in to the https://indieweb.org wiki without having to make an account.
# [kevinmarks] gitlab seems to link back with rel=me too

# [tantek] aaronpk perhaps file an issue requesting IndieAuth support? I couldn't find one: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues?scope=all&utf8=%E2%9C%93&state=opened&search=indieauth

# [kevinmarks] Write the issue the n posse the blog post as a comment?
# Mikaela Sorry for unrelated question, but is Loqi looking at nicks or freenode accounts for voicing? https://indieweb.org/Loqi didn't mention it or I am getting too sleepy, I wonder as I sometimes have more than one nick even without Matrix. I think the page where I added myself talked about nicks, but there would still be 30 seconds window to spam with the nick even using enforce, which some spammers actually did last year
# KartikPrabhu Mikaela I think nicks from /irc-people
# Mikaela- hmm, so Matrix-me wouldn't get voiced?
