[aaronpk] [cleverdevil] I publish an OPML file of my subscriptions on my front page (indeed as a machine readable blogroll). It is automatically generated from tinytinyrss

[cleverdevil] could a subscription export not be done as a separate "client" rather than built into aperture, that way it would work for any server

you could walk the channels and get the list of feeds for each and make that in OPML. A broader question is whether we need a representation for multiple feeds (this was an original goal for XOXO, though that doesn't follow current microformats practice)

[aaronpk] I have added some new sources and channels to aperature.pko but when I go to monocle.p3k.io it is not updating. How do I fix this

jeremeycherfas++ the entire premise of our open pedagogy book is the web would be better if the pre school teachers were the developers....every tutorial shoudl be accessible to children means accessible to all users

alright, i'm starting to brainstorm a better way to present "trips" on my site. I have a lot of the components there already but not in a way that's easy for people to read.
#
GWG
aaronpk, can you brainstorm publicly? You know I am interested
#
aaronpk
I think for me, a "trip" is going to be a collection of all the related posts
#
aaronpk
i've already been posting my flight plans and events, so I just need to group the related ones into a "trip"
#
aaronpk
one of the things I want out of this is for someone to be able to see where I will be on a given day, and see when I leave/arrive

aaronpk, will you have an archive that shows current collections?
#
aaronpk
specifically trips yes
#
aaronpk
i'm thinking the easiest way forward is to create a new "channel" on my site (which is just a place to put things), then make a "collection" post which can contain arbitrary text and include all my related posts
#
aaronpk
which, importantly, means I don't have to write any code to try this out
