[Michael_Beckwitsome valid spots you point out where confusion still could exist. I’ll see about updating and trying to provide better explanation. Will also try to answer your other questions in there as well.

[snarfed]anyone seen any good CCPA discussions re the IndieWeb? it only applies to services with at least $25M/yr revenue or that buy/monetize data on at least 50k Californians, so it doesn't really apply to us, but i'm still curious.
[snarfed]sounds like MS added new data access functionality for it, but Google and Facebook are more leaning on their GDPR work, so as silo users, we may not get much new out of it
LoqiIt looks like we don't have a page for "indiewebspiration" yet. Would you like to create it? (Or just say "indiewebspiration is ____", a sentence describing the term)
@WhitneyEllenB@kimberlyhirsh you're my indiewebspiration right now, I need to develop a new personal website but I want it to be not corporate beholden garbage and also an endless content monster needing to be fed, any suggestions? (twitter.com/_/status/1214594613069021185)
superkuhindieweb should drop, or modify, webmention so that full manual and distributed receiving of webmentions is possible. All it would take is putting the data in the URL string instead of using form encoded POST.
