#[jgmac1106]morning all, liking firefox voice more and more these days. 3 h/t to whoever connects it to someway for me to add blogs to my reader and publish notes to my blog
#[LewisCowles]I've experimented with tags for post-series finally on my blog. Might stop my /blog/ page getting too long as I decided to go first post to last instead of last to first.
#[jgmac1106]I really wish I could toggle back and forth in Known, part of the reason I added a wiki was too much tagged content, needed an extra layer of curation
#[jgmac1106]My poetry feed goes first post to last, but it was getting too long visually so I started so I started to organize by month
#[jgmac1106]is the first page supposed to give me an error message?
#[jgmac1106]works now, i do like cute 404 pages, but that one made me confused, especially telling me I have no internet
#[jgmac1106]that is probably the least likely cause of your page not loading
#[LewisCowles]It's the only case you should ever see that page.
#[LewisCowles]in order to see it you need a browser supporting service-worker, for the browser to believe it's offline and to have previously visited the page
#[Binyamin_Green]Do you have a suggestion for me, though?
#[Binyamin_Green]I basically have one blog, and I want to start a second, unrelated one. Should I merge the two, keep them one separate parts of one site, etc?
#markopashayou can use subdomains if you dont want pay for new domain and hosting

#markopashai think search engines also think subdomains are different sites
#[Binyamin_Green]True, but that's a bulky url. What do you think would be separate enough to divide the traffic, but still make sense structurally? having two post feeds is a little wierd.

#markopashai think it depends on the posting ratio. forex if you post 5 tech blogposts and 1 sports blogpost. you can keep it in the same site. but if theyre close probably new url is better option
#LoqiIt looks like we don't have a page for "greengeeks" yet. Would you like to create it? (Or just say "greengeeks is ____", a sentence describing the term)
#[tantek]hmm, does anybody here have any experience with using Wix or setting up a custom domain on the Greengeeks webhost and can help out [Bryn_Wolf]? (see her message above)
#[jgmac1106][Bryn_Wolf] lot of charities in my world build on wix. So I am a bit familiar. We do recommend against using it because WiX ToS do now allow for any download or export
#[jgmac1106]dtantek do you know where the message. I
#[jgmac1106]but many people like the experience so much they continue with the platform even when I explain these concerns

#[asuh][Bryn_Wolf] You might want to read the blog of Marco Saric. He hosts at GreenGeeks (and his links to that host provider are affilate links). He even talks about Wix vs WordPress. https://markosaric.com/wix-vs-wordpress/ So maybe his blog can help you with some info.
#LoqiWix vs WordPress comparison: What are the differences?

#themaxdavittbeen lurking here for a lil while bc i've been too busy to actually make a proper indieweb-enabled site, but im just curious, what is Loqi? the way you're using it to interact with your wiki is really slick.
