digiSal how do i send a tweet and mention someone? i'm not replying to a tweet. im using wordpress.

digiSal i tried it as a Reply post kind and i put their twitter address as the url. then in the text box wrote their name with an @ and sent posted it. It embedded their twitter feed in the post and when it went to twitter it didnt have the @name
