[jeremycherfas] You can do something similar with Newsblur by saving to a specific folder, which is also shared so there can be a social element to it. I don’t use it that way myself.

[Murray] TheOldReader has starring, liking, and bookmarking (the last one only for paid members), all of which sort into their own feeds. Liking has some social functionality, but I've used starring in the past as a "read later" mode. These days, if I open something up and decide I want to read it later, I just mark it as unread
