[KevinMarks] Instagram used to do nick translation on @'s when crossposting to twitter (assuming that they knew the corresponding on - ie when people had authed insta with twitter).

[KevinMarks] Coming up with nick variants like this is tricky and has a bit of an acct: smell - maybe autolink could use the favicon for the linked site with the @handle - that was what we did for google profiles (RIP)
