That was a good IndieAuth Pop-Up - thanks all!

Thanks all, and sorry for being late and having to sometimes ask for some repeat info to get the full picture

We now have no popups on the schedule. We should try to see what on the proposal list we might do in Nov/Dec?

I'd love to do the search one 🙂

I listened in to the IndieAuth pop up for a bit. It was nice to hear a bit of the behind-the-scenes behind design decision processes.

Thanks everyone.

capjamesg[d]: Popups are just a group of interested parties getting together. The spec ones are just people who have embedded themselves in implementations

Yep! But there might be others higher up in the list of priority haha. I see I'm only listed there right now.

The next step is to propose a few possible dates, and get some +1s and then anything that has X number of +1s, just add it to the calendar

. @ghost is ridiculous. if you don’t add a plan before the trial deadline, they completely lock you out so you can’t log in, can’t add a plan, and you have to write them to beg to be let in again so you could pay. does not inspire operational confidence.

For those that say this is a hit to privacy: this [a domain] operates the same way it would if you were buying property anywhere else. Yes, it's digital property, but you should have to be responsible for that permissive SPF record allowing relay of malware spam in the same way you have to be responsive when there's a gas leak on physical property.
