jeremycherfas I hear you. I've always had it on my site too, sometimes in the olden days somewhat poorly obscured, and I've never had that much spam. Small target, I guess. I get far more spam from all the other places. Unlike you, though, I try to check email only 3-4 times a day.

[tantek] may also depend on whether FB has an actual physical presence in that state, otherwise a state subpoena would have to cross state lines AFAIK (IANAL), and that would make it a Federal issue, which they may have more leeway to argue for rejection
