[snarfed] so far, some people have special cased Bridgy, and sometimes silos within Bridgy (based on source URL path), instead of trying to apply Vouch. I think that's the right idea

[snarfed] quality and behavior of users, posts, comments, moderation, etc on silos varies significantly from indie web sites, and also across silos. I expect handling each silo individually based on those will work better than trying to shoehorn Vouch onto them
