[catgirlinspace] @isoma yeah i'd recommend it i think, but you'll probably wannya have some familiarity with doing linux server stuff. if you'd rather not deal with that there's stuff like masto.host too. as far as moderation stuff though i can't really comment on that too much i think? just haven't ran into like, any bad instances lol.
