#jgmac1106jeremycherfas which means I could probably use the same space to add an h-entry for each episode, I won’t but could

#ZegnatThis looks intersting: https://www.surrealcms.com/ . Anyone ever tried a CMS like that? Basically seems to be a visual editor for static pages that you host on your own server. So you find some HTML template, and just start tweaking your website without needing to know code

#jeremycherfasSo, a little like blot.io and the others that keep an eye on a specific directory. But maybe with more features.
#Zegnatblot.io doesn’t seem anything like it? Is that the wrong URL?
#ZegnatNo, this is more of a WYSIWYG editor for your entire site, if I understood Surreal CMS right
#ZegnatSo you have an entire static CMS sitting on your webserver, you give your FTP login to Surreal, and then it will show you your entire site in a editable way. You can just go and edit the text and what not. But you do not see code, you see the visual rendition of your actual site.

#[grantcodes]I think there's a lot of tools like that zegnat but I think the are in a middle ground that isn't always very useful
#[grantcodes]If you're more or a developer type you'll probably prefer something more static
#[grantcodes]If you're a general user it's too complicated to set up
#[grantcodes]And a lot of them don't let you add new content, only change existing content which is very limiting
#ZegnatYeah, I was wondering about the adding new content case.
#ZegnatBut mostly also wondering if there are any open-source CMS like this, or just alternatives to Surreal. I like the concept
#[grantcodes]And then there is the other end where there are static cmses like that that let you modify styles and positioning and everything but those are usually easy to make a messy site
#[grantcodes]There's a node one that's quite nice. Can't remember what it's called though, but it has a demo on glitch
