[manton] Micropub… Does anyone include syndicate-to in q=config in addition to q=syndicate-to? I’m always looking to reduce requests and there is very little data in syndicate-to.

[manton] In clients, I was thinking about checking q=config and only making a q=syndicate-to requests if config doesn’t have anything in it.
