I'm very pleased that CSS was useful. My goal was to make it very configurable
#
[mattl]
it helped me get from 0 to something I'm somewhat happy with for now

[tantek]
someone know what ports are "registered" or active in use in the 2000-2500 range? (gotta plan ahead πŸ˜†)

β€œHTML is a 30+ year old technology but it sometimes appears like it could be a 100-year technology” β€” Somehow this resonated with me, saw it somewhere

heh did something very similar for part of the journal subsite I'm working on atm
#
[Murray]
pretty please with both the connections and the way it "skips" unused days, though not sure if it will ultimately go live like this πŸ˜…
#
[Murray]
the cental alignment is a trickier thing on that GovUK site though, I've done it before but would be interested to see how others approach it πŸ™‚

Very nice [Murray] - I invite you to next week's FrESH to show it off if the timing suits you!
#
[Murray]
When is it? I'd say unlikely, though, I'm afraid. Also not sure it will be in a "showable" situation. The whole concept is going to be private posting with some public-facing aspects, and I'm still working through the redaction process

And we show pretty sketchy codepen improvisational code so there's no code too rough to try to look at. πŸ™‚ But if there's sensitive data, no that would not be something I'd ever ask you to share
#
[Murray]
Yeah, the code isn't the issue, it's the PID

[Murray]
Aaand that is (unfortunately) a night that I'm not at home (as per usual πŸ˜…)

capjamesg, I might suggest the font size adjustment be on `body` in rem units instead of on `html`. I *think* user-defined defaults apply to the `html` element, so I think if you set `html` to 1.1, it might override their choices.
#
gRegor
I think that's why similar, previous advice to set `html` to 62.5% font-size has fallen out of favor
#
gRegor
I think your font sizes look good btw

!tell aaronpk, Can I get the allowed client_id for IBC updated in indielogin? It's been `https://indiebookclub.biz/id` for a bit now, but just realized today it was preventing some people from signing in since indielogin has it without the "/id"
#
gRegor
[Joe_Crawford], as a proof of concept for how IBC login should/will work, you can sign in on https://indielogin.com/
#
gRegor
Which looks like it should use your Github, based on the rel-mes on your homepage currently
