schmarty tantek: maybe a "building habits" section that includes tips like those (work into your morning schedule, do before bed, add to your existing GTD/etc system, beeminder for those that need it, etc.)

schmarty tantek: i could also see a "letting go" section that reminds people that 100 day challenges should be difficult but rewarding and if they are not as rewarding as planned, it is great to celebrate the success so far and document them as a "successful 22 day challenge".
