[schmarty] h-card is at least two layers of jargon deep because it's a specific vocab consumed by some things that understand microformats2

[schmarty] only developers or their code actually "wants" an "h-card"

[schmarty] i posit that what folks might actually want are more: being able to log in to other sites and tools using their website as their identity (typically rel=me rather than h-card) or having their content show up nicely when they respond to other people's posts (more h-entry than homepage h-card).

[schmarty] the closest thing i can think is helping folks show up as they'd expect in the indieweb directory or the web
