[tantek] We need to get better about alt txt in photos. We should avoid just "", or copy/paste boilerplate. Maybe we need a longer placeholder that's harder to ignore? like "PLEASE replace this alt text with an actual brief description of who or what is in the photos, what are they doing, and where is it, at a minimum!"
