gRegorLove Re: GH Pages, I'm going to write up my experience with the IndieWeb 101 session and submit some tweaks to that blank gh repo.

aaronpk i'm going to experiment with creating a primary issue to act as the catch-all for fuzzy stuff before it turns into concrete action items, and as things become action items assignable to individual people that's a good chance to break them out into a new issue

[tantek] [gRegorLove] I like the headings idea. We’ve done that for collecting ideas / essays for /Organizers and honestly I think that works A LOT better than Gh issues would. Easy to copy paste to etherpad, expand inline instead of creating dozens more issues, then copy the conclusion back to the wiki

[tantek] That’s the other part I greatly dislike about GH, the history / historical record is out of sight out of mind
#
[tantek] Nothing on GitHub will show up as prior art / discussions when anyone searches the wiki
#
[tantek] And asking people to go search a particular GH repo is too much ask, no one will bother

[tantek] Wiki also has much better SEO than GH issues

[tantek] Again for rediscoverability, search etc

[tantek] For “normal” well defined well known tasks, something like the GH checkboxes could be A LOT more efficient
