[gRegorLove] cool. I figure it's worth just asking about the entire month of November 🙂
#
gRegorLove
oh, right
#
aaronpk
as far as i can tell there's nothing i can do except move to a different physical host which is a pretty drastic operation which will take a few hours, so i'd rather see if this problem goes away by itself
#
[tantek]
yup, I figured and totally fine to wait it out (few hours)
#
[tantek]
or rather, IMO I'd give it 48 hours
#
gRegorLove
Speaking of HWC, you'll be happy to hear we're probably having one in SD 12/11
#
[tantek]
before making any kind of drastic decision like that
#
[tantek]
woohoo!
#
Loqi
woot
#
aaronpk
yeah that sounds like about the amount of time i'm willing to wait
#
[tantek]
gRegorLove, was just about to create that 12-11 page but please do the honors! it'll likely be our last HWC SF of the year as well
#
[tantek]
aaronpk, TBH if it lasts > 8 hours I would file a support ticket as I don't think that's reasonable perf even for a shared virtual host
#
[tantek]
and they should be aware that one of their customers may be abusing the service somehow
#
[tantek]
!tell manton perhaps getting ahead, however do you plan on hosting a Austin HWC 12/4 as the last Austin HWC meetup of the year? gRegorLove and I are trying to finish up the HWC pages for 2019 🙂
