Zegnat I am not sure all manifestos automatically have no effect. Though I would concede that some of them might stop at the effect of having people discuss them. But even that can be a goal in and of itself. Getting people thinking about concepts is important. http://futurefriendlyweb.com/ was the first one I thought of as one that really seemed to have done the rounds and has probably affected the way people were thinking
