LoqiA feed is a dynamic set of posts, typically listed in reverse-chronological order, often only the most recent (like 10), published on the IndieWeb as separate feed files and on homepages with h-feed markup https://indieweb.org/feed
gRegorMaybe "Feed formats" if you just want it to be pages about the formats, otherwise I'd say "Feeds" if you want to categorize things like feed readers with it
artlung.comcreated /Category:Feed (+115) "Created page with "To add a wiki page to this category, add the text <code><nowiki>[[Category:Feed]]</nowiki></code> to its wiki page."" (view diff)
LoqiTidal may refer to the Tidal music service or an open-source, self-hostable feed reader that aimed to be 'an uncluttered personal feed reader' https://indieweb.org/Tidal
Loqi88x31 pixels was a very popular web badge/button image size in the 1990s, especially among freewheeling and independent sites created on services like GeoCities, and there are IndieWeb 88x31 badges you may use https://indieweb.org/88x31

[tantek]gRegor re: "wiki edits leaderboard" lol I have a vague memory of this coming up in the past and I think I suggested against it because of potential leaderboard dynamics mal-incentives (also perhaps a personal concern of not wanting to show up at the top in many weeks 🙂 )

[artlung][tantek] ++ for forbearance as I stomped opinionatedly through the wiki today. I am really happy with my changes but definitely don't want to abuse my editing privileges. [gRegorLove]++
[artlung]In re stats [tantek] Fair amount of people entering at https://indieweb.org/stalkscan.com and I wish I could justify something on that page to say "don't be a creep"
LoqiIt looks like we don't have a page for "Quiet Writing Hour" yet. Would you like to create it? (Or just say "Quiet Writing Hour is ____", a sentence describing the term)
[artlung]There is a fine history of _caring_ about the process of writing in this community. Those event notes from the past include some great thoughts.
tantek.comedited /stalkscan.com (+31) "fix dfn to avoid implying it was a service by Facebook, move PESOS use-case to a new Why section, minor copy edits" (view diff)
gRegorRedirecting to subsections of other pages also an option if it makes sense and the content is short, or even just a link to the source code like I did with that one feed reader software.
LoqiIt looks like we don't have a page for "EFF Austin" yet. Would you like to create it?_ (Or just say "EFF Austin is ____", a sentence describing the term)
[tantek]gRegor, [artlung] would Categories for cities be useful? (for IWCs and other events in those cities?) And then redirect those Category:cityname pages to the actual current /city pages?
gRegorMaybe, though loses the main use of categories having a list of links. A link to /city in the See Also might have similar effect. Though that could get lost in longer SA sections, vs the links to categories in their own section. No strong opinion, I guess.
[artlung]citiies are also unique enough strings that search can pull up usages pretty well. categories i added today link disparate ideas that were not linked and do the job that a giant list of "see also" would do.
[artlung]I've not noticed categories much before today. They were not useful besides when looking at an individual Camp. But also not harmful. They're a great way to combine pages on the wiki without explicit links. I
