The use case is for doing original-post-discovery when you have the author's domain but not a permalink to the specific post (as you do when looking at syndicated content if it doesn't have a link/citation). kylewm endpoint. The endpoint accepts one GET parameter, syndication=[syndicated url] and 302 redirects to the original post if found, or returns 404 otherwise.
