gRegorLove I'm working on datetime stuff in php-mf2, should be able to add separate VCP parsing for timezone while I'm in there.

gRegorLove Based on http://microformats.org/wiki/value-class-pattern##However+the+colons and https://github.com/microformats/tests/issues/29, I'm going to have it normalize the timezone offsets to not have colons, too.
