Updates to Syndication Links 3.4.1 and Webmention 3.8.2 failed. No reasons given. Will try again, after updating to WP 4.9.6

Interesting; after updating to WP 4.9.6, both of those plugins are p[resent and activated. So I guess the update did not actually fail.

[jeremycherfas] yes 4.9.6 fixed a few broken things in webmentions for me.

int eh plug-in not webmentions, I did not have webmentions comment form until 4.9.6
