[chrisaldrich] precipitation and wind speed likely create thresholds for raining and wind related portions... high temperatures indicate levels of sunniness, so it's more the cloudiness cover bits I'm debating... Looking at each of the descriptions will give you some ideas, but intuiting things like hail would also likely be hard.

sknebel reed: if I remember right repost's only work with content from the same silo (e.g. a repost has to be of a tweet to be syndicated to twitter, because it wants to retweet/quote tweet the reposted thing)

[snarfed] reed sknebel correct! “Could not find a tweet to retweet” in that log is the key error message, at the bottom. it was also returned as the body of the HTTP 400 error response, those error bodies are hopefully always helpful in explaining why a publish attempt failed
