skippy semantically, "read" and "watch" imply something different (to me, at least) than "bookmark".

chrisaldrich My semantic differences may be in large part due to the constraints of silos like Twitter which didn't have bookmark functionality, so I used their like/fav functionality as if it were a bookmark.

chrisaldrich I also don't think many (any?) have gone very deep in multi-type posts.

skippy sure; but you could also make a traditional bookmark of a tweet URL in any normal bookmarking solution (browser, pinboard, micropub, whatever)

Zegnat I don’t feel like I need WYSIWYG. Actually, most of the time I don’t. I was working on a little thing that accepted Markdown, and then process the HTML output to dynamically add microformats. But again, while I am working on that, I am not actually publishing :(

Zegnat This is one of my biggest problems with Markdown: the flavours. I can end up with an editor that does footnotes, and still be unable to have my CMS parse those footnotes :(
